Why Work With James?
Hi, I'm James.
I've built my whole business around one idea: when it comes to Medicare, having someone local who understands the plans, formularies, provider networks, and the details that can affect your coverage makes a real difference.
Plan information is available in a lot of places. What's harder to find is someone who knows your community and can sit down with you, in person, and walk through it — giving you that added level of confidence when you're making a decision this important.
I'm a licensed independent broker — not tied to one insurance company. I meet with my clients face-to-face when I can, because I want to actually see what matters to you, not just check boxes.
And I don't disappear after you enroll. Every year during the Annual Enrollment Period, I reach out to review your coverage and make sure your plan still fits your needs. More importantly, I'm here for you year-round — not just during enrollment season. Whether you have questions about your benefits, providers, prescriptions, claims, or coverage options, help is only a phone call away.
Let's Start With a Conversation
Every situation is different. Whether you're new to Medicare, reviewing your current coverage, or just have questions, we'll discuss your options and find out what makes the most sense for you.

The 4 Ways We Specialize in Helping Clients
Medicare Supplement
Fills the gaps Original Medicare leaves, so a surprise bill doesn't wreck your month.
Medicare Advantage
Bundled plans that combine hospital, medical, and often drug coverage into one card.
Hospital Indemnity
Cash paid straight to you if you're hospitalized, on top of your other coverage.
Life Insurance
So your family isn't left covering final expenses on top of everything else.
Annual Reviews. Ongoing Support.
My service doesn't end when your enrollment is complete. Each year, I'll reach out to review your current coverage, discuss any changes to your plan, and take a look at your healthcare needs, medications, and providers. Together, we'll determine whether your current plan still fits your situation or if there may be other options worth considering.
And throughout the year, I'm always here when questions come up — just a phone call away.

Frequently Asked Questions
🗓️ When can I actually change my plan?
Mainly during Annual Enrollment, October 15 – December 7. There's also a shorter window January 1 – March 31 if you're already on a Medicare Advantage plan.
💬 Do I have to buy something from you?
No. A lot of people just want a second opinion or a plain-language explanation. That's fine too.
📍 Do you actually meet in person?
Yes, across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Phone works too, if that's easier for you.
💰 Does this cost me anything?
No. The review is free, and I get paid by the insurance carrier, not by you.
🎂 What's the Initial Enrollment Period?
When you first become eligible for Medicare — usually turning 65 — you get a 7-month window: 3 months before your birthday month, your birthday month, and 3 months after. That's your chance to sign up without a penalty.
